Water Ionizer Return Policy - Our Invitation:
We invite you to try out our new range of Jupiter ionizers and enjoy the benefits for 60 days.
We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your Jupiter ionizer that we offer you a 60 day money back guarantee. If at any time in the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 15% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in as new condition and in its original packing.
"As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc.
If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser. We value our customers and are very grateful for referrals. This is why we promote such a generous return policy and why we can do with confidence based on years of growth and happy testimonials.
Return Policy for Other Items (not water ionizer)
If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping cost.
If you have broken the manufacturer's seal or used the product in any way, you may return the product subject to a 15% restocking charge within 30 days of purchase. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.
