If the product becomes damaged or defective in any way, simply call Aquasana directly at (866) No-Bottle (662-6885) and we will replace the damaged part free of charge, all you pay is shipping, or for most warranty issues such as o-rings, washers and fittings… you pay nothing at all! You’ll never have to purchase a new system or worry about where to get replacement parts or cartridges. We have a convenient auto-ship program for filter cartridge replacements and free product upgrades or you can chose to simply be notified when it’s time for new filter cartridges, every 6 months, it’s your choice.
